When you want to subscribe, unsubscribe, or change your mail options:

Visit the POD mailing list web page at http://listserv.nd.edu/archives/pod.html and click the "Join or leave the list (or change settings)" link.

You will be presented with a form that will allow you to:

• Subscribe or unsubscribe to the POD mailing list

• Change your subscription settings

• Select how you will receive your POD mail (Digest or individual messages)

• Set the type of mail header that your POD mail will have.

• Change how your posts are acknowledged (or not).

• Temporarily disable mail delivery.

• Keep your address from appearing on the subscription list.

After subscribing, you may send messages to the listserv at pod@listserv.nd.edu.
